1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and ek8plus ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ek8plus website, platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on the ek8plus platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and close your account. Continued use of the ek8plus platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to the ek8plus Service is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by ek8plus.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of ek8plus or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such individual.

ek8plus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by or used by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated will be voided. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred by any underage player.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ek8plus services, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ek8plus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person.
• You must notify ek8plus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• ek8plus reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to ek8plus prior to the relevant transaction occurring.

4. Deposits & Payments

ek8plus accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) through the following local payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and online banking via FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect).

• All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the ek8plus deposit page from time to time.
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• ek8plus does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposited funds are held in your ek8plus wallet and are available for wagering purposes. ek8plus does not pay interest on any balance held in a member wallet.
• ek8plus reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your ek8plus account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as your registered ek8plus account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, ek8plus may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide any documentation requested for this purpose.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ek8plus targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet channels and within sixty (60) minutes for online banking channels, subject to payment provider processing times outside the Company's control.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, rule violation, or regulatory compliance requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ek8plus offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible members. The following general conditions apply to all ek8plus promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated. One bonus per household, IP address, or device applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived balances may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ek8plus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in respect of existing bonus balances, where abuse is detected or suspected.
• Participation in promotions is void where prohibited by applicable law or where the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that a member's eligibility is in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek8plus platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other unauthorised external assistance to interact with the ek8plus platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ek8plus platform.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. ek8plus reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against any individual who engages in prohibited conduct causing loss to the Company or to other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ek8plus platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, graphics, text, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of ek8plus or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ek8plus content without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek8plus excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Service caused by circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment provider outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party game providers or payment processors whose services are integrated into the ek8plus platform.
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the ek8plus platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for personal injury or death caused by the Company's negligence.

10. Termination

ek8plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; (c) the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity associated with your account; or (d) the Company ceases to offer the Service in your jurisdiction.

You may close your ek8plus account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure will be processed subject to any pending wagers being settled and applicable identity verification being completed. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ek8plus Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
